While writing is her primary passion, Virginia has always enjoyed acting, and has been in a number of theater productions since she was a child. Most recently, she played the leading role of Dorothy Lawrence in Gilles Messier's The Sport of the Engineer in the 2018 Winnipeg Fringe Theatre Festival. A practiced hand at reading books theatrically (first for nieces and nephews and now for her own offspring) she has found that narrating audiobooks is a delightful use of her skills.
