Unfortunately, Ingram suffer Holiday backups frequently, but you should still receive your book in about 3 weeks time. Signed bookplates are shipped straight from Virginia via Canada post. They ship next business day, but can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to arrive at their destination. All taxes and most duties are included in the price of the book.
